To me carrying out a work placement abroad has meant to get to know another country, another culture, another language … I have learnt how to live on your own, independently from my family. I have also got to know many new friends.

The only negative aspect has been the first house. We had one room where we were cooking and sleeping.

I have learnt how to work in a company. I have seen and learnt how to operate many different production machines and I have learnt some new things in technical design.

The company was very satisfied by my work and at the end I got a nice pocket money, so I could pay one month holiday afterwards !!
